It's been roughly six years, but I
finally replaced my original Nokia cell phone. I can hear selective cheering from the audience already.
You have to understand, I get a notion in my head (
I need a new cell phone!), whether I thought of it, or someone mentioned it, doesn't matter - and it takes some time to see thru.
I've been talking about getting a new phone since probably last summer. What with this year's resolution, I decided that the instant I could do so, I'd get a new phone.
I did quite a bit of research, and finally settled upon the
Samsung d415. The one thing that I wasn't thrilled about is that it isn't particularly physically customizable. That was something I loved about the Nokia - faceplates.
Anyway. I've taken about a dozen pictures, a couple videos of Verdigris in action, made and recieved one call... And now I'm chomping at the bit to get my own downloaded ring tone.
Oh, the
Imperial March served me well for many years, but it's time to move on...
