Just when I start to put the whole insurance/accident fiasco out of my mind, there's something that brings it right back into focus. I just want my fucking car fixed!!!Okay. Deep breath. And this, a real superhero. |

I guess I somehow neglected to mention that I went camping a couple weekends ago. No, my @$$ wasn't sore when I woke up... Thanks for asking, tho. |

Happy first of May. It's been nearly a month since my last entry. My how time flies... anyhow. In the past month, very little has happened to get my car fixed after the accident. In fact, since there were no witnesses, and I was convinced by her not to call the cops, Pemco has decided not to accept liability for the "loss" and because their "insured" has decided to change her story to saying that I was the one who hit her ( which is a bold fucking lie, if you've seen the damage), but they're not going to pursue me for her losses. Sounds like a bunch of lame-ass excuses to me. So, I've had to file the same claim all over again, this time with my insurance company. This will require me to use my collision coverage, and pay the nice $250 deductable to get my car fixed. I'm in the middle of that now, so we're just going to have to see how that pans out. |
